The walls of this 12’x20’ cabin consist of Douglas fir studs, and Certainteed insulation. Blown-in attic insulation. The entire structure is foam sealed. There is 3/8 paneling on the outside and inside of the walls, and tin roof.

The base floor consists of green treat 2x6 stud system with Certainteed insulation. Green treated lumber is to prevent rotting, eliminates the need for concrete pad, and opens up placement opportunities. Interior flooring is 1/8 inch thick commercial tile.

Exterior steel door entrance with deadbolt. Rear view of cabin shows the 100amp 20 circuit weather proof panel w/ breakers.

Living Area
This floor plan easily accommodates two (2) twin beds or bunkbeds. Flooring is commercial grade vinyl tile.
Two outlets located on each side wall, smoke detector, two-bulb ceiling light assemblies in kitchen, bath and living areas. Two 36”x36” vinyl windows bring in plenty of light.

Kitchenette Area

Counter with durable Franke USA stainless steel bar sink, 17x19x8, 20 gauge. Kenmore, Power Miser 6 Electric Water Heater, 30 gal - 6 year limited warranty on water heater - under counter. Outlets located above counter (microwave safe) and below counter.

The wall (far left) includes electrical outlet for wall-mount TV plus a half-inch conduit pipe for future cable.

Bathroom
